Spacious room with everything you would need (including a fan which was very welcome). Quiet room, despite a wedding reception at the hotel one evening, as the reception staff had made sure to locate us well away from the event side of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Great location for us, just 15 minutes from Chester. Extremely comfy beds.

Beautiful room with garden view, very comfortable and spacious with plenty of little extras such as bottles of water teas coffees and hot chocolate & biscuits and Elemis products in the bathroom and a very nice restaurant onsite - very happy

Stayed at the venue for a wedding I recommended the hotel to the bride after going to another wedding there last year. Nice building and Leanne and team couldn't do enough for the bridal party. My bedroom was nice. Good range of tea and coffee. Not a fan of sparkling water but it was a nice touch for the rooms. Elemis toiletries in the bathrooms Great breakfast 10/10

Clean, comfortable room. Hotel generally cleaned to high standard and tidy. Most staff friendly and welcoming. Grounds well maintained.

I love virtually everything about this hotel and I've stayed in afew with my job. The car parks great plenty of spaces, the rooms are clean as a whistle and nicely decorated. The beds comfy and the quilt are so good I was boiling in bed.. the TV and internet reception was free and good signal. The buffet breakfasts were good quality. Plus all the staff were great from the cooks,cleaners,servers and especially Samm and Ethan on reception. Samm especially is brilliant. She's a gem there. Willing to help, Friendly,polite,funny and makes you feel like a honoured guest.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful, kind and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were superclean with great garden view. The breakfast was delicious.. We were a large group so the staff at reception were very kind is responding to our need for a space to meet at the hotel and they facilitated this for us. At breakfast they also tried to offer us tables next to each other.. As the gr had special diet, the staff very kindly accommodated our needs and offered us vegetarian sausages at breakfast. It looks like they have a great wedding venues too if someone need to use them In general, it was perfect, we were very pleased with our stay and we would love to come back again

The Hotel is well placed for travel within the area, with ample parking. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the standard buffet selection, plentiful and tasty, but it would have been nice to have had more variation in the selection. The Hotel has a rather strange ground floor layout when going from the main hotel to the restaurant / Bar/ Lounge area? Not an issue but unusual.

I loved the breakfast buffet. The staff there were great especially Louie who was very professional and friendly. All the reception staff are great as I keep adding onto my booking and they have to sort my room out. I also would like to thank the older lady on reception who helped me when I needed to get something delivered to the hotel. She brought it to my room so thank you.. i also think all the cleaners who do a fantastic job. I have alot of stuff I have to bring with me and they have to clean around all that

Hotel is elegant, beautiful gardens, rooms clean & comfy, staff very friendly. Hotel is well placed for Chester and Wrexham (excellent bus service to both). Breakfast good. Housekeeping team discovered it was my wife's birthday and made a very kind gesture.
